I didn’t learn about prison from documentaries or secondhand stories — I lived it. I served years behind bars across two separate prison sentences. I’ve experienced firsthand the fear of walking into a new cell block, the politics of survival in prison, the mental battles, the violence, the isolation, and the reality that most people on the outside will never truly understand.
This platform was built to tell the truth. Not the Hollywood version. Not the exaggerated version. The real version.
Why This Website Exists: Prison changes you. It forces you to adapt, to think differently, and to survive in an environment where weakness is exploited and ignorance can cost you everything. When I came home, I realized there was no honest, experience-based guide that explained what prison life is actually like — how to navigate it, how to protect yourself mentally and physically, and how to come out stronger than you went in. I wanted to share inmate interviews to provide deeper insights into these experiences.
So, I created one.
Who This Is For: People facing incarceration, families trying to understand what their loved ones are going through, those curious about the reality of prison life, and anyone interested in raw, unfiltered truth.
This isn’t about glorifying prison.
It’s about surviving it — mentally, physically, and strategically. Eight years taught me lessons most people never have to learn. Now I’m sharing them. Stay free my friends and God bless.
A curated collection of videos showing the reality of prison and jail.
I’ve connected with former and current inmates from different states and security levels to bring you perspectives beyond my own. These interviews highlight the similarities and differences in prison culture nationwide and provide raw, unfiltered insight into life behind the walls.
The most important material I’ve compiled: mindset shifts, survival strategies, warning signs to watch for, and practical guidance for anyone facing time, supporting a loved one inside, or simply wanting to understand the system.
